Suffering with this unending cold I decided to visit the clinic to be sure I was doing what I could to end this cold. I found the office professional and easy to maneuver through the process. No endless paperwork was required and I was seen quickly. Julia listened to me and we had a plan set very quickly. What a treat was my experience. I will be back!

I was extremely impressed with services. Office manager was friendly and helpful. I hit a glitch in signing in process on computer and she stepped in and assisted. Provider was friendly, knowledgeable and I felt she truly listened to my concerns. She pointed out medical issue that had not been addressed which enables be to ask questions and advocate for myself which I believe is so important in empowering patients. She was thorough in the exam process and offered tangible ways to resolve issues that I was comfortable with. The environment was clean and I felt supported so I would definitely use the medical service and highly recommend it to others.

Julia is so good in listening but while she was doing my physical she did not talk that much. Like if I have any health issue and I told her, she did not explain the reason, signs or symptoms or treatment. When I asked what would be the reason then she told me in a few words. Overall she is good but not that much what I expect.

I am wondering how anyone managed before this practice. They provide a ‘white glove’ approach of care and support for every need. I am grateful that they are in Greenbelt.

I notified my nurse practitioner on Thanksgiving Friday afternoon that I had tested positive for COVID. She texted me Saturday morning to see about prescribing Paxlovid. As I was running a fever of 100+ degrees and had chills, aches, congestion and sore throat, I said yes, please. I was able to pick up my prescription around 1:00.

This was a great first appointment. I felt like Julia listened and was very responsive to my needs and concerns. Leagues better than previous providers.

Julia and Ryan were polite and efficient! I couldn't ask for anything more from my first visit. I'm looking forward to continuing my care at Old Greenbelt Family Health.

I was concerned that I had an appointment as a new patient at 9am since the doors didn’t open until 9am. I was concerned at 9:20am when the 9:30 appointment walked in and I still hadn’t been seen. My appointment with Julia Gabriel was okay and I will use her for those that I can. I like the idea of making a quick trip to the office from my home (it is within walking distance). I like the fact that she was able to get my records. I did not walk out having a co-pay! Is that usual?
